As a foreigner working in another country and only rent a room (together with friends) in the owner's hourse to live, I can't apply for a fix lines internet (actually possible, but my owner sucks, so they won't let us apply). At the end, the only choice is HSDPA. I must say the download speed is impressive, varies from 50-300 KB/s, but unfortunately the upload speed is shit. Stated there is 384 kbps (= ~45 KB/s), in fact it is only 5-10 KB/s. Not to mention upload speed DOES affect download speed (UL 10, DL down totally). Wishing to have nice ADSL or Cable internet T_T (damn owners, once we get a place to move, sure out =.= ) I envy those stay in US, UK, and Japan. Their internet are surely NICE. Since I did download all the 4 raws available and they are all cencored. Or maybe I missed it since I downloaded the raws for quality check only... Btw take it easy man. As I said, you could find the raw and use our script. If it's a bit off, you can easily adjust it using Aegisub's Shift Times.
